the hotel is absolutely adorned with a red carpet that screams luxury. but sadly, all i heard was teenagers screeching and loud noises throughout the night. after requesting a second pillow, i was met with an eye roll—where’s the grand customer service? really thought they’d treat guest's needs like royalty, but apparently not!

Sarajevo vibes 🇧🇦
Had a lekker brekkie with fresh fried eggs, and the staff were just the best—so keen to help! Room was big and comfy. They hooked us up with a packed lunch when we had to dash early for the train. Great service, seriously!
But the bathroom could do with a bit of a fix-up, nothing major just a bit run down.

Inconsistent Wi-Fi service in rooms!!! Cold showers can dampen any stay!!! Noise from local street traffic and other guests disrupts sleep even in a supposedly quiet hotel!!!

The breakfast was varied and filling, and the room was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. It was only a 15-minute walk to the central bus and railway stations, making it a great base for day trips, like to Mostar.
The Wi-Fi service was inconsistent during my stay, which was a bit annoying.

Perfect for exploring Sarajevo!
Had a pretty chill stay for 3 nights. The room was spacious and comfy, and I loved how the breakfast had a nice variety! Got to try out the packed lunches for my day trips, which were super handy. The staff kinda seemed overworked at times, but they were helpful when asked.

Great place for a group of friends! We easily walked to landmarks like the old town, and even explored some local restaurants nearby. The breakfast was decent, and the staff was friendly. Plus, the hotel is in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing after a day out.
